What are Elements?
Each form that you end up creating will be composed of Elements - these can be things such as Name, Body Weight, Soreness, etc. Element names should be specific to the template and the information that is being tracked. For example, if I have created a Wellness template, I may want to preface each element with wellness (Wellness. In this article, we will break down each element type and how to create Elements.
Keep in mind that the definitions and examples listed below are simply example, and can be customized to say what you'd like them to. It should also be noted that no two elements can be named the same within a team. An error message will display upon saving, prompting the user to enter another name for the element.
