Create a New Treatment Note

Regardless of whether the treatment note is created from the New Injury/Illness or Treatment Note page, the process and information required is the same.

• Access the New Treatment Notes page.

• Fill out the details for player, treatment title and date.

• If applicable, complete the other informational boxes for a more in depth record. These include subjective and objective measures, any actions to be completed following the consult and a plan for treatment. 

• Select 'Save as Draft' if not completed, or 'Save and Finalise' if the record is complete, from the lower right-hand corner of the screen. 

• Select Clear to remove all inputted data and start again
