- Click ‘Strength and Conditioning’.
- Click ‘Program Templates’.
- Once you have built a strength and conditioning template, you can assign it to an individual player or a group of players. Select the assign button to do so.
- Select the individuals or group this program applies to:
- Select a start date, or select a Season - Phase:
- Schedule the training sessions into the player's calendars by selecting a dates/season, days of the week and start times for the sessions.
- Once you have configured each field select Assign Program:
