Edit an Existing Strength & Conditioning Template
- Click ‘Strength and Conditioning’.
- Click ‘Program Templates’.
- Once you have located the template you are interested in, you can modify the test by clicking the 'pencil' icon.
- From within the template, you can edit the sessions the same way as when building a new template. Add exercises, modify reps and sets, and add additional weeks.
- Alternatively a test can be deleted altogether by selecting the 'trash' icon.
