What is wellness?
Wellness monitoring is a method of monitoring athlete wellbeing, and providing them a tool to communicate potential issues they may be dealing with. There are a vast array of optional wellness metrics that can be turned on and off depending on the requirements of the team.
Alerts can also be set to send a brief message to coaches or other individuals when players score above or below customised thresholds. These alerts can be high-risk or performance based and the option to send an email to selected staff is given.
