Wrong Region:
If you have the wrong region selected you will get an error message when trying to login. If you are not sure of which region you are to login with please reach out to amssupport@catapultsports.com
Incorrect or Forgotten Password:
If you need to reset your password please select 'Forgot Password' via the login page of the website:
If you select the 'Forgot Password' link via the mobile app please ensure you have the correct region selected first.
Once submitting the forgot password button you will be asked to input your e-mail address so a password reset e-mail can be sent.
Time Sync Issue:
If your account has two-factor activated you must ensure your phone or PC is synced to internet time otherwise you will have issues with the Google Authentication code. For instructions on this, click here.
