The availability dashboard is the one place in the Catapult AMS platform where you will update the availability status of your players. It will provide links to injuries and illnesses (should you have that permission) and allow you to see who is available for training and games along with when players will be available to return to training and selection should they be unavailable at present.
Navigating the Availability Dashboard
To access the Availability Dashboard, first select 'Dashboard' from the left-hand menu and then select the drop-down menu to the most upper left-hand side of the Dashboard. Select 'Availability'.
To sort between squads, use the middle drop-down menu at the top of the screen. The filter will default to 'View All', but upon leaving and re-entering the Dashboard will remain on the settings you last viewed.
The far right drop-down menu will allow you to select specific groups.
Searching for Players
Like all dashboards, there is a search bar in the top right hand corner of the page allowing you to quickly filter the dashboard to view the status of a player(s).
To configure the Availability Dashboard please click the setting cog in the top right hand corner of the dashboard. This will open the following window.
Simply select all columns you wish to see on the dashboard.
Filtering the Dashboard
Now that the dashboard is set up, the columns can be filtered to further assist you viewing applicable data.
The Member Name column can be filtered by the players name:
The Training Today column can be filtered by the training status levels:
The Description column can be filtered any key words in the description of the players training status:
The Return to Training and Selection columns allow you to filter with the following options:
- Is equal to
- Is not equal to
- Is after or equal to
- Is after
- Is before or equal to
- Is before
Once you select the condition you are able to select the date from the calendar field below:
