Profile Requirements

The Catapult AMS platform offers you the ability to request customisation of the individual member profile.

The individual member profile contains the following sections for each member of your platform:

• Schedule
• Wellness Data
• Medical History
• Forms
• Medical Information
• Personal Information
• Media

If you have any certain fields you would like filled out for your members please send them through to amssupport@catapultsports.com. You can also link Form elements to display in the player profile.  Please include all necessary details in the body of the e-mail.

Example of custom fields are:

• Training Shirt Size
• Playing Shirt Size
• Player Strengths
• Nutritional requirements
