Data analysis
Access:
- Create
Function:
This will allow users the ability to create new Data analysis reports. A green +create button will show in the top right hand corner of the page. The user will only be able to create new data analysis reports based on their level or reporting access to injury, illness, forms and/or treatment notes. This will also allow the user the ability to duplicate reports.
Notes:
This cannot be allowed in isolation. The user must also have read access for the data analysis reporting page to load.
- Delete
Function:
This will allow the user to delete data analysis reports based on their level of access to Reportables (below). The option to delete will be made available when clicking on the ellipsis in the right hand column.

- Read/View
Function:
This will allow user to read data analysis reports based on their level of access to Reportables (below). An option to view reports will display in the right hand column.
- Update
Function:
This will allow user to edit reports based on their level of access to Reportables (below). An option to edit the report will display when you click on the ellipses in the right hand column.
Reporting V2 (catapultsports.com/reportables)
Access:
- Create

Reportables:
This section relates to what reports the user can see.
When you navigate to the reports list, each report will be tagged based upon the data that is present with in the report:
In this section you must configure what categories of data users can see.
This is based upon the following areas:
- Injury
- Illness
- Responses - data capture broken down further into all test areas.
- Treatment Notes
- Wellness
- Forms
Please note that users must have all associated levels of Reportables access to view the report with multiple tags.
You will notice from the image below that one report contains wellness data, injury data and illness data.
This means that the users role must have permissions to ALL of these Reportables (wellness, injury and illness) to be able to view the report.
Legacy Reporting
Alert Reporting Access (catapultsports.com/alerts/alerts-reporting-list)
- Delete Alert Incident
Function:
This gives users access to the alert list and allows them to delete any alerts.
Notes:
You cannot allow a user access to the alert list without also allowing the permission to delete an alert.
Alerts (Wellness) Snapshot (catapultsports.com/reports/snapshot-view)
Function:
This is often referred to the Wellness Snapshot page. This will allow user access to this page.
Chart Templates (catapultsports.com/reporting/reports/chart-template-list)
- Create
Function:
This will allow users the ability to create new charts. A green Add a Template button will appear in the top right hand corner of the page.
Notes:
You cannot allow access to create chart templates only. You must also allow access to Full Reports.
- Delete
Function:
This will allow users the ability to delete chart templates. A red trash can icon will appear under the options columns of the chart template list.

- Edit
Function:
This will allow users the ability to edit chart templates. A red trash can icon will appear under the options columns of the chart template list.

Full Reports (catapultsports.com/reporting/reports/list)
- Create
Function:
This will allow users to create new reports. A green Create Report Template button will show in the top right hand corner of the page.
- Delete
Function:
This will allow users to delete full reports. It will not allow users to delete reports defined as individual reports (see below). A red trash can icon will display under the options column of the report list.
- Delete Predefined
Function:
This will allow the user to delete reports predefined as individual reports.
Notes:
The delete permission must also be selected for this permission to apply.
- Edit
Function:
This will allows user to edit full reports. A green pencil icon will show under the options column of the full report list.
Notes:
Predefined individual reports will not be able to be edited unless that user has permission to individual reports.

- Run
Function:
This will allow users to run full reports. A blue eye icon will show under the options column of the full report list.

Individual Reports (catapultsports.com/reporting/reports/individual)
Function:
Allows the user to run the individual report for players.
Snapshots:
In this section you must determine what level of access the user has to report snapshots:
The options are:
- Create - users can save snapshots. Please note that you must have read access enabled to ensure they can view these saved snapshots.
- Delete - users can delete saved snapshots via the options columns of the snapshot list table. Please note that you must have read access enabled to ensure they can view these saved snapshots to delete them.
- Read - users can view saved snapshots but unless they have additional access above they cannot create or delete them
