Calendar Permissions

Bulk Actions (catapultsports.com/calendar/bulk-event-copy)

• Bulk Event Copy
  • Access

Function:

This will allow the user to copy existing events on the calendar and paste then to other dates. Via the More Action button on the Calendar the user will have the option to Bulk Event Copy.

• Calendar Excel Export

Function:

This will allow the user to export the calendar. The export will download a selected month and each week of that month will appear in a separate tab of the workbook.

Calendar Event Permissions

• Create

Function:

This will allow the user to create events. A green +Add Event button will appear in the top right hand corner of the screen. The user will also be able to highlight the time frame via the calendar and create an event from there.

• Delete

Function:

This will allow the user to delete events they have created. When the user clicks into the event they have created they will see an option to delete the event at the button of the page. 

• Edit

Function:

This will allow the user to edit events they have created. When the user clicks into the event they have created they will see an option to edit the event at the button of the page.

• Moderator

Function:

The moderator permission allows the specific users to have control of all events regardless of whether they created them or not.

• View Member Events

Function:

This will allow 'staff' users to view other members calendars. When this permission is enabled the user will be able to filter by a specific user on the Calendar page (web and mobile).

Please enable this permission on 'Player' roles to allow them to view fixtures.
