Administration (Configuration) Permissions

Configuration (catapultsports.com/team/team/options-list)

• Catapult Mapping
  • GPSports API

Function:

This will allow the user to link their GPSports account to their AMS account. The option to select GPSports will be present on the page catapultsports.com/integrations/wearables/account

Notes:

The user must have the AMS module on their GPSports account.

Function:

This will allow the user to link their OpenField account to their AMS account. The option to select OpenField will be present on the page catapultsports.com/integrations/wearables/account

The user must have the AMS module on their OpenField account.

• Competitions (now known as Squads)
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create new squads and view existing squads. A green Add A Squad button will appear in the top right hand corner of the Squads page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability to delete squads and view existing squads. A red trash can icon will show in the options column of the Squads List.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability to edit squads and view existing squads. A pencil icon will show in the options column of the Squads List.

 

• Drills
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create new/view existing drills and categories. A green Add button will appear in the top right hand corner of the Drills & Categories page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability delete/view existing drills and categories. A red trash can icon will show in the options column of the Drills & Categories List.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit/view existing drills and categories. A pencil icon will show in the options column of the Drills & Categories List.

• Exercises
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create new/view existing exercises. A green +create exercise button will appear in the top right hand corner of the exercises page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability delete exercises. A red trash can icon will show in the options column of the exercise List.

Notes:

Only exercises that are not in programs can be deleted. Once they are in a program they can only be edited.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit/view existing drills and categories. A pencil icon will show in the options column of the exercise List.

• Games/Fixtures
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create new/view seasons/phases/fixtures. A green Add button will appear in the top right hand corner of the seasons, phases and fixtures page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability delete seasons/phases/fixtures. A red trash can icon will show in the actions column of the fixtures List.

 

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit/view existing seasons, phases and fixtures. A pencil icon will show in the actions column of the fixtures List.

 

• Groups
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create new/view groups. A green Create Group button will appear in the top right hand corner of the groups page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability delete groups. A trash can icon will show in the actions column of the groups list.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit groups. A pencil icon will show in the options column of the groups list.

• Member Data Restrictions
  • Assigned Groups Only

Function:

The user will only have permission to the groups they are assigned to via the Groups page. When a group is created you will be required to input staff who are assigned to the group. This feature is a great way to have many users on the same role and access but restrict their usage and the data they have access to.

 

• Member Data Restrictions
  • Moderator

Function:

This will mean the user has access to all players and groups regardless of which groups they are assigned to.

• Mobile Reporting

Function:

This will allow users to select which test elements are available for reporting.

• Opponents
  
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create new/view opponents. A green Add an opponent button will appear in the top right hand corner of the opponents page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability delete opponents. A trash can icon will show in the actions column of the groups list.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit opponents. A pencil icon will show in the options column of the groups list.

• Permissions
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Function:

This function allows the user to edit the role of an individual via the Members List page. If they have this permission the role of the member will show as a hyperlink and the user will be able to edit the role of an individual via this page.

Notes:

You must have at least edit selected for this function to work. Delete and Create are not applicable.

• Positions
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create create positions. A green Add Position button will appear in the top right hand corner of the positions page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability delete positions. A trash can icon will show in the options column of the position list.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit opponents. The position will appear as a hyperlink. 

Notes:

You cannot allow view and delete access only. To allow a user to delete a position they must also have edit access.

If a user has create and edit access only they will see the trash can icon on the page but if they attempt to delete role they will not have the permission to.

• Quick Notes
  • Tasks
    • Create
    • Delete
    • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create create Quick Notes Tasks Groups. A green +Create button will appear in the top right hand corner of the Quick Notes Tasks Groups page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability Quick Notes Tasks Groups. A trash can icon will show in the Action column of the Quick Notes Tasks Groups list.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit Quick Notes Tasks Groups. A pencil icon will appear in the Action column of the Quick Notes Tasks Groups list.

• Roles
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create create positions. A green Create New Roles button will appear in the top right hand corner of the roles and permissions page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability delete roles. A trash can icon will show in the options column of the roles list.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit roles and permissions. A pencil icon will appear in the options column of the roles list.

Notes:

Before a user can delete a role, if any members on the platform have that specific role they must reassign their role. Only created roles with no members assigned to it can be deleted.

• Settings
  • Edit

Function:

This will allow the user to edit the team name, description, timezone, date format, locale, mobile passcode and Two-Factor Authentication.

• Training Sessions
  • Edit

Function:

This will allow the user to select what type of training sessions they can configure via (catapultsports.com/team/team/training-sessions). If they have test with GPS data enabled they can also select the parameters they wish to report planned v actual on via this page.

• Venues
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit

Create - Function:

Users will have the ability to create create venues. A green Create New Venue button will appear in the top right hand corner of the venues page.

Delete - Function:

Users will have the ability delete venues. A trash can icon will show in the options column of the venues list.

Edit - Function:

Users will have the ability edit venues. A pencil icon will appear in the options column of the venues list. 

 

• Wellness

Function:

This will allow the user to configure thresholds, set scheduled reminders and configure what wellness elements the team will activate.
