Dynamic User Profile Permissions

Dynamic User Profile (catapultsports.com/users/view-profile/UID)

Function:

This entire section allows the user to determine what part of the individual profile the user can see. Their permission flags will relate directly to the tabs and sub-sections of the profile. The user should have Templated Profile Permissions activated as well to have the Dynamic User Profile. 

 

 

• Allergies
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit
  • View

Create - Function:

The ability to add new allergies via the Individual Profile. The +Add Allergy button will appear on the Medical Tab of the Individual Profile.

Delete - Function:

The ability to delete existing allergies via the Medical section of the Individual Profile.

Edit - Function:

The ability to edit existing allergies via the Medical section of the Individual Profile.

View - Function:

The ability to view allergies via the Medical section of the Individual Profile.

Notes:

These permissions are different to the Allergies permission under the Sports Medicine category and only relate to the ability to do the above via the Individual Profile.

 

 

• Comments

Function:

Permission to view the comments tab of the Individual Profile.

• Frequent Flyer
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit
  • View

Create - Function:

The ability to add Frequent Flyer Membership details via the Individual Profile. The +Add Membership  button will appear on the Profile Tab - Travel Information of the Individual Profile.

Delete - Function:

The ability to delete existing memberships via the Profile Tab - Travel Information of the Individual Profile.

Edit - Function:

The ability to edit existing memberships via the Profile Tab - Travel Information of the Individual Profile.

View - Function:

The ability to view memberships via the Profile Tab - Travel Information of the Individual Profile.

• Immunisations
  • Create
  • Delete
  • Edit
  • View

Create - Function:

The ability to add new immunisations via the Individual Profile. The +Add New Immunisation button will appear on the Medical Tab of the Individual Profile. 

Delete - Function:

The ability to delete existing immunisations via the Medical section of the Individual Profile.

Edit - Function:

The ability to edit existing immunisations via the Medical section of the Individual Profile.

View - Function:

The ability to view allergies via the Medical section of the Individual Profile.

Notes:

These permissions are different to the immunisations permissions under the Sports Medicine category and only relate to the ability to do the above via the Individual Profile.

Any immunisations made via the Individual Player Profile only save as draft and must be finalised via the Immunisations page under Sports Medicine.

The ability to add Insurance details via the Individual Profile. The +Add Insurance Documentation  button will appear on the Medical - Medical Information of the Individual Profile.

Delete - Function:

The ability to delete insurance details via the Medical - Medical Information of the Individual Profile.

Edit - Function:

The ability to edit insurance detail via the Medical - Medical Information of the Individual Profile.

View - Function:

The ability to view insurance details via the Medical - Medical Information of the Individual Profile.

• Medical History

Function:

The ability to view the Medical History tab of the Individual Profile.

The ability to add new medications via the Individual Profile. The +Add Medication button will appear on the Medical Tab of the Individual Profile.

View - Function:

The ability to view medications via the Medical section of the Individual Profile.

Function:

The ability to view the Monitoring tab of the Individual Profile.

Create - Function:

The ability to add Passport details via the Individual Profile. The +Add Passport  button will appear on the Profile Info - Travel Information of the Individual Profile.

Delete - Function:

The ability to delete passport details via the Profile Info - Travel Information of the Individual Profile.

Edit - Function:

The ability to edit passport detail via the Profile Info - Travel Information of the Individual Profile.

View - Function:

The ability to view passport details via the Profile Info - Travel Information of the Individual Profile.

• Profile Information

Function:

This is a way to give users access to basic player information without giving them further access. By default anyone with some form of Dynamic User Profile access will have access to Profile Info, Medical (Next of Kin and Doctor only) and Videos and Documents. 

• Schedule

Function:

The ability to view the Schedule tab of the Individual Profile.

• Training

Function:

The ability to view the Training tab of the Individual Profile.

The ability to add waiver documents via the Individual Profile. The +Add Waiver Documentation  button will appear on the Profile Info - Waiver Documents of the Individual Profile.

Delete - Function:

Edit - Function:

The ability to edit waiver documents via the Profile Info - Waiver Documents of the Individual Profile.

View - Function:
