Manage attendance and team calendar from web or mobile

Developed from user feedback, we have released major updates to the Catapult AMS calendar on web and mobile. You and your team now have the ability to manage attendance, create new events and browse the full calendar on mobile in a completely redesigned experience.

Track attendance for any event

Events created in the AMS calendar can now ask recipients to Accept or Decline by responding Yes, No, or Maybe. It’s easy to check which athletes and staff have seen your invitation, and you have the ability to mark events as mandatory or optional. Mandatory events are clearly flagged so they stand out from others in the calendar. Please request this feature from Product Support if you would Attendance Tracking enabled for your team.

New calendar experience on mobile

If you have updated to the latest version of Catapult AMS on iOS or Android, you can access a monthly view of the calendar from the main menu. Using the redesigned mobile calendar, you can create, update, or remove events from the team calendar. From the main dashboard, you can also use a new shortcut button to create a new event in one tap.
