Only staff members with the required permission can create or view Medical Reports.
Staff members who already have the ability to create new Injuries or Illnesses in AMS by Catapult will also need an additional permission flag checked to add Medical Reporting.
If you’re an Administrator, you can check which staff roles can access medical features anytime under Administration > Configuration > Roles & Permissions.
Access to the medical reporting page will only be granted if the user also have access to the reporting permission under any of the following categories:
- Prevention & Rehabilitation - Injuries - Reporting
- Sports Medicine - Illness - Reporting
- Treatment Notes - Reporting
Please note: if a staff member has access to Injuries, but not to Illnesses, they will only be able to view fields in reports that relate to Injuries, and vice versa.
Once the permission is granted for injury, illness and/or treatment notes you must then decide what level of access they have via Reporting - Medical (see below).
