Navigating the AMS Platform

Left Hand Menu

The Left Hand Menu of the Catapult AMS platform contains all menu items and is grouped by headings to help you easily find the part of the platform you are after.

The Left Hand Menu view will differ for each individual and will be based upon the specific role (and that role's permissions) that user has.

Clicking on the menu item will either take you to that part of the platform (e.g Dashboard and Calendar) or collapse the menu item to show you the sub-items (e.g Coaching, Reporting and Strength and Conditioning).

Collapse the Left Hand Menu:

The Left Hand Menu can be collapsed by pressing the Catapult Logo at the top of the page or the left hand arrow at the bottom of the menu (see below).

This is a useful feature to help with screen space when viewing reports.

Top Menu

The top menu on the Catapult AMS will always display and contains some good shortcuts to assist your use of the Catapult Platform.

Via the Top Menu you can quickly search for any user on your platform and be taken to their user profile.

Support:

If you are ever not sure of how to use the platform click here. This will take you to this platform and allow you to select different areas of the platform and their knowledge articles.

CSV Import (Upload CSV File):

This will take you to the Import Data wizard where you can import test data, new users and wellness data.

Notifications:

Any new notifications on the platform will appear here. New notifications will be visible via a red number appearing next to the notification icon.

Clicking the notification icon will show you all you notifications. To mark the notifications as read click the following icon:

Messages:

The messaging link allows you to read and reply to existing messages along with creating new ones.

New messages will be shown by the red number notification as shown below.

Comments:

Comments are different to messages and can be left regarding certain areas of the platform. 

New comments will be shown by the notification and once selected will show the comments bar to the right of screen.

Language Selector:

To change the language of your Catapult AMS platform click the world icon and select the language as required.

Individual Profile / Logout:

To view your individual profile or logout of your platform click your profile picture in the top right hand corner. This will then allow you to view you profile or logout.
